Something New, Something Old

Did a silly thing this morning - got up at 3.15am to catch sunrise! Got to the lake by 4.30am, which was actually too early, it was still pitch black, the iPhone LED light came in quite handy walking down the Bartlet Ravine towards the shore. So after all that effort, the sunrise was pretty poor, but still I was there with the camera so I made a few frames, well, I ended up not leaving until 8am. The last time I was here it was during the depths of winter - quite a different place; to be honest, its nicer in the winter, but still there are some shots here I scoped out this morning which I need to go back to get at a sunrise before the winter.
