Oil Refinery
CITGO's network of state-of-the-art refineries transforms raw energy (in the form of crude oil) into the energy products Americans need; from the gasoline in your car to the petrochemicals used to manufacture literally thousands of household goods. The refinery captured here is located in Lemont, IL

George Henry
commented over 1 year agoIf security DOES hassle you, tell them you're on a public street and to beat it or you'll call the police & file a harassment complaint. They have NO right to try and stop you from photographing anything you can see from public property!!! And don't let them give you any "9/11", "Homeland Security", or "Patriot Act" BS... NONE of those override your rights to photograph in public!
