Duane Rapp
commented over 1 year agoFor the amount of money he spent, he should have gotten himself press credentials and a spot on North Ave beach to shoot (Although there is lots of sand there to wreck stuff) This was just South of the Chess Pavilion.

commented over 1 year agoIt must not have been easy to carry all his equipment thru that crowd! Id like to see his pics though!
Michael Wilhelmi
commented over 1 year agoVery good shot of this guy! I saw him too. He has great equipment but it looks like he traded the shirt off his back for it!
Duane Rapp
commented over 1 year agoUnless he was making money with this, I would settle for a handheld dSLR. To be camped out in the sun all day with that and worrying about it ....
Duane Rapp
commented over 1 year agoRob, He had one a few plastic tubs bungee'd to a rolling cart
Anita J Lambert
commented over 1 year agopanting for the lense....however I was one of the 'posh snobs' who rented one of those lawn chairs at show center so I had space and practically built in guards for my stuff. Totally worth it. WELL worth the 35 bucks if you're there all day!
Anita J Lambert
commented over 1 year agoI mean that made it easier to deal with my camera and would have made it more sensible if I were to ever get a lens like this.
Duane Rapp
commented over 1 year agoDarn should have called you Anita!!! I walked over there during one of the non military displays, and walked right back out. Too crowded, hot and sunny. Chess Pavilion area has become my fav haunt for the airshow.
