Tunnel Underneath the City (Pedway) - Chicago 2010
This is a stretch of Chicago's pedway that is underground, but still goes over (lower) East Randolph as a bridge between the Millennium Park area and underneath the Blue Cross & Blue Shield Tower. (I think there was supposed to be a tunnel connecting this to the Aon Building, but that never happened).
