Navy Pier Ferris Wheel and Swinging Chairs (wave swinger) Mashup
Lucky for me, the swinging chairs were off and perfectly still, while the ferris wheel moved behind it. A security guard opened a door and smacked me with it where I was squashed to get this angle.
