commented over 1 year agoYea these were two of the sweetest, and swiftest moving horses too!! Galloped up one of the embankments up towards the Bean!
The officers were great to talk to, and the kids loved the horses! I think the anti nazi protesters did not appreciate them though!!!

commented over 1 year agoThe B/W, the concrete fence, & just the feel--- made me think of the Kennedy Funeral ('63) 180 degrees from your description but I viewed the pic 1st. Excellent! Only the checkered gives it away.

commented over 1 year agoHey thanks for your kind comments George! I guess it does have a 60's type look to it. Certainly nothing to reference when it was taken

commented over 1 year agoThose of us a 'certain age' remember {lived} that leading, riderless, horse at the front of the cortège. I was worried you may have been insulted after I posted & then read your totally upbeat description...... Such is art! Glad too that you enjoyed the comments. There are only a couple of days left but try getting that 1st visual impression in your head before the description. They usually jive but sometimes an artiste comes along...... ;-)

commented over 1 year agoNo worries. I am not of that age. In that 1964 last of the boomer, first of the Xgen no mans land!
Good luck on CMC.
