commented over 1 year agoThanks Lorenzo. Like I told someone else, the thought has crossed my mind. But I suspect my local work is too concentrated in McHenry County , and the market wouldn't be big enough. Got a lot of what someone told me is called "sweat equity" in the business world, but capital is a whole other story.
