Homemade "Boondi Raita"
This is a homemade plain yogurt dish called raita which I made for my Three Onion Chicken. It consists of chopped cucumber, shredded carrots, cilantro, and mint in plain yogurt. Finally, I garnished with more cilantro, black and red pepper, cumin, and “boondi” (deep-fried chicken pea flower and peanuts)
