No, not a wet day in May ... I shot this today. There is not a single leaf or apple on our flowering crab in the back yard. This BLOSSOM is the only thing on it.

Turkey Vulture Committee
I frequently see them flying overhead in flocks but rarely have seen them roosting together in this large a group. If they are flying a flock of them is called a "kettle" and on the ground a committee. I didn't name them ..don't look at me.
I'm one of those old ... 70 something ... retired guys you see so frequently out enjoying the beauty of Chicagoland's numerous forest preserves ... I usually will have a 400mm lens on my canon.
