Waiting For The Train
Since we had a long wait for our train, we walked around a bit. These two buildings across the street from Ogilvie had the most amazing light on them, which I have completely failed to capture in spite of 6 bracketed shots. They made a decent HDR shot, I think.

Sony HX-1 panorama mode. I think my white balance control is goofy....does it look green to you?

Crepuscular Rays
Yes, there are such things, and these is them. I couldn't get the HDR software to do anything useful, so I manually merged a good sky with the best shot of the stuff on the ground.

A pretty commonplace sunset here in McHenry, not at all unusual.

I have more or less not quite captured the sunset, which my eyes told me was rather spectacular.

Is it correct to refer to the moon as "Luna"? Or will the carpet guys come after me? Either way, I'm getting a little better at photographing her.....

Art Project
The Model and her Photographer were rather gracious about letting the rest of us shoot them as they worked on their project. This is one of my first HDR attempts.
